PURCHASING A PRINT
The e-commerce portion of the site is still under contruction, however Vintage Hawai'i photos are available for purchase. Please inquire by email.

The images in these galleries are cropped to proportions that best suit the image, not to fixed sizes of, say, 8" x 10" or 11" x 14" and the like. This results in varying image proportions, so the images are printed centered on materials trimmed to 8" x 10" and sized to within 1/2" minimum margin on the long dimensions as shown in the samples. All prints are CUSTOM PRINTED to archival standards by inkjet on Hahnamuhle Photo Rag matte paper.

Custom sizes and cropping, as well as canvas prints, can be provided. Image size maximums bigger than 8" x 10" vary from image to image. Please email your requests (link in the right column) and I will promptly reply.

PAYMENT
Purchase inquiries will be finalized via email and once settled a PayPal invoice will be sent where purchases can be paid for using most major credit cards or via a PayPal account if you have one. Sales tax will be added to purchases made by California residents.

INTERNATIONAL SALES
Canada and International orders OK when payment is made via PayPal ONLY.

SHIPPING
Prints with a long dimension not exceeding 14" will ship flat. Larger prints and unmounted canvas will ship rolled. Shipping costs will be determined by your location, although orders under 1 lb. in weight typically will ship USPS Priority Mail, insured with delivery confirmation for under $10.

Canada and International orders: email first to arrange for the most appropriate shipping method and to determine cost.

RETURN POLICY
Valid returns are as follows:
1. You recieved a damaged print;
2. You recieved the wrong print; and/or
3. You recieved a print of "below normal quality"

All return claims must be made with 2 working days of receipt of the item. I take great pride in making and shipping only very high-quality prints, so a below normal quality print is not likely to happen. If you receive a print damaged or the wrong print is shipped, a replacement print will be shipped upon return of the damaged or wrong print. I will pay for the return shippping cost. All returns must have a Return Authorization number. Contact me by email to begin the return process. Returned prints must be returned in the original shipping packaging.
